Salesforce engineering, with an operator’s instinct.
We build Salesforce solutions: managed packages, integrations, and implementations designed around the platform’s constraints rather than fighting them.
What makes ours different is that we also run commerce operations. We design systems for how the work actually happens, not how a process diagram says it should.
Our core practice
Salesforce is what we do.
Four ways we work with Salesforce teams, from a first build through to long term ownership.
Custom app development
Managed packages and org-native solutions built to Salesforce’s own standards: a deliberately small Apex surface, security and sharing respected by default, and Flow-first design so your admins can still change what we ship.
Integrations
Connecting Salesforce to the systems your business already runs on, with the error handling and retry behaviour that decides whether an integration is trustworthy at 2am on a Sunday.
Implementation consulting
Rollouts people adopt. We scope against how your team works today rather than an ideal org, migrate carefully, and document what we built so the knowledge stays with you.
Ongoing support & optimization
Orgs drift, and Salesforce ships three releases a year. We keep automations current, retire what has fallen out of use, and stop performance degrading quietly in the background.
Where our data instincts come from
Commerce operations, connected to the CRM.
We run Amazon retail operations: sourcing, inventory, listings, and the margin analysis underneath. That isn’t a separate business we happen to also do. It’s the reason our Salesforce work handles operational data well, because we spend our own days inside a system where the numbers have to be right.
For commerce clients it also means the two can meet. Order, inventory, supplier, and margin data doesn’t have to sit in a spreadsheet on the other side of the business from the CRM. We bring it into Salesforce, so the people selling and the people fulfilling are working from the same numbers.
More on the Amazon practice →How we engage
Three ways to work with us.
These are engagement shapes, not a sequence. Pick the one that matches where you are.
Assessment
A fixed-scope review with a written set of findings. You get a clear picture of what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do first, whether or not you carry on with us.
Project
A defined deliverable with a defined end. Scoped up front, documented on the way out, handed over properly.
Ongoing
Retained support for teams who’d rather have the expertise on tap than rebuild it internally. Monthly, cancellable, no long lock-in.
What you can expect
How we work.
- Written over verbal. Findings, plans, and handovers arrive in writing, so decisions survive past the call they were made on.
- Your team keeps the knowledge. We document what we build. If you want to take it in-house afterwards, that’s a success, not a loss.
- Focused on purpose. We say no to work outside what we’re genuinely good at. That’s what keeps the rest of it good.
- A straight answer about fit. If we’re not right for the problem, we’ll tell you early rather than bill you to find out.
Start with the problem, not the spec.
Tell us what you’re trying to achieve and what’s blocking it. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so, and point you at who is.
