B-inspired Online builds Salesforce solutions: managed packages, integrations, and implementations. We also run our own Amazon retail operation, which is less of a side business than it sounds. It’s where we learned what happens to a system when the data gets messy and the volume goes up.
Our focus
Most consultancies have never run the thing they’re automating.
That’s the gap we sit in. Part of our week goes into Salesforce, building for teams who depend on it. The rest goes into commerce operations, where the numbers have to be right or we feel it directly, in our own margin, the same week.
It makes the Salesforce work better. We design for how operations actually behave: partial data, late data, exceptions that don’t fit the model, and people who need the system to be usable on a Tuesday afternoon with a queue building up.

Four things we hold to.
- Focused on purpose. We say no to work outside what we’re genuinely good at. That’s what keeps the rest of it good.
- Documentation is part of the deliverable. If the knowledge leaves when we do, we haven’t finished the job.
- Constraints before features. The fastest improvement is usually removing whatever is actually limiting the system, not adding more to it.
- A straight answer about fit. If we’re not right for the problem, we’ll say so early rather than bill you to find out.
